Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Cardify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cardify ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Cardify application or website (cardify.kavvos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use Cardify for personal or commercial card design strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Cardify.
  • You may not use Cardify for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
  • You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense Cardify or any modified versions thereof.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of all text, articles, notes, and image cards you create using Cardify. We claim no ownership over your original content.

3.2 User Compliance & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and export. You represent that your content does not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

3.3 Cardify Intellectual Property

Cardify, including software code, UI layout designs, original card templates, icons, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws worldwide.

4. Cardify Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (EULA)

4.1 Subscription Options

Cardify offers optional Cardify Pro subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime access). Cardify Pro unlocks exclusive premium templates, custom watermark controls, multi-image splitting, and creation history.

4.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal Terms (Apple & Google Compliant)

  • Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your device settings:

  • iOS Users: Manage via "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions". Refund requests are governed by Apple Store terms.
  • Android Users: Manage via Google Play Store > "Payments & Subscriptions". Refund requests are governed by Google Play Store policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Cardify is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be published on our website (cardify.kavvos.com). Continued use of Cardify constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
